Return and Exchange Conditions

You can return or change the product you purchased within 7 days from the day you receive it from the cargo by applying to "www.petrichorceramicart.com" under the following conditions. Promotional or campaign products given as gifts for the product you will return must also be returned at the same time.

The conditions for return are as follows;

• Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and invoice.

• For products that are subject to a shipping fee for cancellation and return, only the product price will be refunded to the customer. The shipping fee collected from the customer will not be refunded to the customer.

• All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and complete with their original packaging.

• Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packaging.

• The protective tape of the products must not have been removed. There should be no scratches, damage, impact, liquid contact, etc. on various parts of the products.

• Products that are prepared specifically for the consumer's requests or clearly in line with his/her personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that are at risk of rapid deterioration or whose expiration date may have passed cannot be returned.

For all return reasons, the shipping cost of the product you are returning belongs to the customer.
